On Dec. 2-3, 2022, I had the opportunity to photograph the 2022 Appalachian Teaching Project Symposium. This two-day symposium brings students from the Appalachian Region to share and discuss their semester-long projects at the Crystal City Renaissance Hotel in Arlington, VA.
I believe 12 different universities and colleges were represented during this event. For many of these students, it was their first time speaking in front of a large group. I'm glad I was able to be a part of this event.
